Right of withdrawal

You have the right to cancel this contract within 30 days without giving reasons.

The cancellation period is 30 days from the day on which you or a third party named by you received our delivery.

In order to exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from this contract by sending a clear statement by email to retouren@unanimous.ch .

To make things as easy as possible for both sides, it is always an advantage to give us as much information as possible.

e.g

- Black leggings in size M are unfortunately too small. I would like to have the black leggings in size L

- Unfortunately, a sports bra doesn't suit me, I would like the money back

The more information we receive, the easier it is to exchange or refund.

In order to meet the cancellation period, it is sufficient that you send the notification of your exercise of the right of cancellation before the cancellation period expires.

Consequences of revocation

If you cancel this contract, we will have to pay you all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs (except for additional costs resulting from you choosing a method of delivery other than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us have) to be repaid immediately and at the latest within 30 days from the day on which we received notification of your cancellation of this contract. For this repayment we use the same payment method that you used for the original transaction, unless something different was expressly agreed with you; under no circumstances will you be charged any fees as a result of this repayment. We may refuse repayment until we have received the goods back or until you have provided evidence that you have sent the goods back, whichever is the earlier. You must return or hand over the goods to us immediately and in any case no later than fourteen days from the day on which you notify us of your cancellation of this contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the deadline of 30 days has expired. You bear the direct costs of returning the goods.

If it is a single product, we recommend sending it to us in a large envelope. If it is no thicker than two centimeters, it costs 2.10 CHF.

If there are several items or if it is thicker than two centimeters, a package is required for return, which you can then send back to us via B-Post, which costs 7 CHF. Please also write your return address on the packaging so that we know who the package is from or if it gets lost it will be returned to you.

We also ask that you send the items back to us in their original packaging.

You are welcome to use the cardboard box or envelope with which we sent you your order again, for the sake of the environment.
